The Deputy Speaker

The Honourable Jacob Barongo Bagaka was born in Masige location, Bobasi constituency of Kisii County in 1988. He became the Third Deputy Speaker of Kisii County Assembly upon his election on 18^th of October 2022.

Hon. Bagaka, who represents the people of Masige West Ward in the Third Assembly, is a facilities management expert, an entreprenuer and a business leader in Real Estate Management. He is the Managing Director of a privately owned Hurricane Global Facilities Management company.

The Deputy Speaker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Statistics from Makerere University in Uganda. He also has certificates in Facilities Managent, Customer Care and Fire and Safety.

Besides his management in his private businesses, Hon. Bagaka has worked as a Relatioship Manager with KK Facilities Management and as an Operations Officer with Barclays (now Absa) Uganda.
